Who Are We?
We are an interdenominational
Christ-centered ministry dedicated to reaching the men and women incarcerated in El Dorado and neighboring counties with the life changing message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We bring the love of Christ to those who are in prison and jails by providing encouragement, material support, transition back into society, Christian education, spiritual guidance and the sacramental life of the Church to prisoners and their families.
Purpose
The purpose of the corporation shall be to worship God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit as God revealed Himself to mankind through his Holy Scriptures, the Bible. The corporation is a member of the Body of Christ, manifesting itself as the Church. It is the corporation’s obligation as a member of the Church to adhere to the teachings of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, as revealed in His Word, the Bible. Christ has instructed the Church to teach the Word, and spread His Gospel to all, leading them to repentance and confession of Jesus Christ as Lord, through the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
Statement of Faith
The sole basis of our faith is the Bible. We believe the Scripture in its entirety, originated with God. We believe there is one true, holy, living God, existing in three persons: the Father; the Son; and the Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus committed Himself to the cross, for the salvation of all humanity.
Therefore, we are compelled to “Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them, and those who are mistreated …” (Hebrews 13:3)

Some of the duties performed by our volunteers include:
*Creating flyers
*Marketing and communicating with local businesses
*Teaching or assisting with inmate groups inside the correctional facilities
* Donating or seeking donations of paper, printer cartridges, Bibles and other supplies
*Advertising and promotions
*Fundraising
*Expansion towards a Transitional Housing Program
Inmate Services-Our Freed Inside Ministry
We teach the inmates the importance of reading the Bible and applying Christ’s teachings and love to their lives. We have pastors as resources who support our ministry team along with ordained Chaplains.
Open to all inmates, as an option for whoever desires to attend.
Living Skills-both to cope with life in the facility, and to prepare for successful re-entry into mainstream society.
Chaplain Services-Our Chaplains visit inmates weekly for spiritual guidance, counsel and Bible study.
